Cancellation Policy
TERMS OF SERVICE Just Do LaBs Concierge Services LLC is responsible for the drawing and delivery of laboratory specimens. Just Do LaBs does not collect any specimens without a physician orders. Just Do LaBs are not allowed to give any medical advice, treat, or diagnose anyone. Just Do LaBs is a private pay service. Specimen collection services are provided and billed by Just Do LaBs . Laboratory testing is billed through your insurance. Just Do LaBs does not receive any results unless requested by the physician or patient. In the event that your doctor did not receive results, it is the responsibility of the patient and Doctor's office to get in touch with the laboratory. Just Do LaBs is not responsible for any errors that may occur at the laboratory. It is the lab's responsibility to process specimens once received. Any error made by Just Do LaBs will be corrected by re-drawing at no extra charge; as long as all correct paperwork was submitted adequately prior to appointment.
