What’s Covered?
Just Do LaBs Concierge Team will come to you to draw your labs and deliver to Labcorp or Quest to perform testing.
Pricing begins at $95 for same-day appointments, outside of Williamson county will accrue a $25 fee (subject to availability)
How should I prepare for my mobile MA/Phlebotomy experience?
Upon booking your appointment, the Program Coordinator will contact you to provide instructions that will help
you prepare for your home or office concierge experience.
You will also receive an email/text with preparation instructions the day before your visit.
For appointment updates, please consent to receiving communications via email or text.
Do I need a requisition?
Yes, you must first obtain a test requisition before scheduling an appointment.
Requisitions can be ordered by Functional or Concierge Medical Provider, Nutritionists,
Insurance company agents, some Registered Nurses, PA, NP and Primary care doctors.
All requisitions have to be faxed or emailed to JustDoLabs@gmail.com when scheduling your appointment
and no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
How do I Get My Lab Results?
Test results will be sent to your healthcare provider for labs.
Results will be emailed to you if you are using the drug processing services.
Test results are typically available within 24-72 hours depending on your insurance provider and service.
1. Check the patient portal for your laboratory
If you do not have an account, please create an account on their patient portal for faster results.
2. You can also contact your doctor's office 5 business days after your visit
How do I pay?
What are the payment methods?
We accept Visa and MasterCard on the online booking portal.
All payments are made and final during scheduling your concierge appointment.
At this time, all balances owing must be paid before traveling to your location.
Will my insurance cover this cost?
Once your lab results are ready, your laboratory bills your insurance for testing just like normal.
Most tests are covered by your health care plans. Any tests requested by your Healthcare provider that are not covered
have to be discussed with your insurance company prior to booking your appointments.
Please contact your insurance company to find out if you are covered, before booking Just Do LaBs Services.
Is there a cancellation fee?
There is no charge for cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
The Just Do LaBs Concierge Service/travel fee will be billed for cancellations made less than 24 hours after the confirmation call text or email.
For NO shows, if the patient is not present for the appointment, Absolutely no refund.
If your cancellation is before the 48 hour window. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed
and issued to your original method of payment.

Supported by highly trained and certified team who adhere to confidential Labcorp chain-of-custody processes, we can provide DOT and non-DOT sample collection and testing for a range of drugs. A (UDS or Urine Drug Screen) analyzes urine for the presence of certain medications or illegal drugs. We offer 5 panel and 10 panel tests. We overnight all specimens to Labcorp our certified laboratory and results are usually received within 3 to 5 business days.

How it works!!
Chain-of-Custody
Just Do LaBs use an approved five-part Chain-of-Custody form and collection kit. Collections follow a strict medical/legal process with highly trained professionals to ensure specimen validity. The Department of Transportation (DOT) requires that all covered employees take a pre-employment 5-panel drug test on a Federal Chain of Custody (CCF) and have a negative test result on file to hold a safety-sensitive position.
All DOT-regulated companies must have on file a copy of the negative pre-employment drug test for all covered employees. An applicant saying that they previously took a DOT pre-employment drug test but cannot produce a copy of the drug test result must take a pre-employment drug test before beginning employment in a DOT safety-sensitive position.
Rapid, Instant and Random point-of-collection testing (POCT) provides on-site screening for drugs of abuse, urine specimen validity and blood alcohol following Labcorp's chain of custody protocol. We travel and perform rapid tests for the convenience company.

During the exam, your height, weight, pulse and blood pressure will be recorded.
You likely will have to provide a urine sample or have blood drawn to test for health issues such as elevated cholesterol or blood sugar levels, screen for nicotine or drug use. We ask that you will fast for 6-12 hours before performing this test.

This special blood draw is requested by your provider for medical reasons, such as Hemochromatosis, an iron overload disorder that causes the body to absorb too much iron from food. The procedure removes red blood cells, causing iron levels to drop.
With therapeutic phlebotomy, more blood is drawn than during a regular blood draw.
Your doctor will decide how much blood will be drawn based on the reason you're having the procedure.
You must have a doctor's order for this particular blood draw that's done to treat a medical problems.
